This notice explains what appears on this site, how it is used, and restrictions on copying or automated collection.

Public personal data

Mike Ching has chosen to publish career and contact information here (name, email, LinkedIn, location, employment history, application materials) for legitimate job search. That data is real and intended for recruiters and hiring teams, not for bulk harvesting, lead generation, or model training datasets.

No sale of data

Personal data on this site is not sold. There is no advertising network and no third-party analytics pixel on these pages at the time of writing.

Browser storage

The site may store preferences in your browser only (for example theme light/dark, text size, return-navigation stack, and whether the entry splash has run) via localStorage or sessionStorage. That data never leaves your device unless you clear it.

Hosting

The public site is served as static files (e.g. Cloudflare Pages). Standard server and CDN logs may record IP address, URL, and timestamp as part of normal hosting, not used for marketing.

Scraping and automated copying

Systematic download, scraping, or reuse of résumé text, cover letters, tables, or hunt notes, including for AI training, embeddings, or republication, is not permitted without prior written consent. See Terms of use. If you operate a crawler, exclude this site or contact the operator before indexing beyond normal search snippets.

Your rights

EU/UK visitors may have rights under GDPR regarding personal data. Because most content is deliberately public for recruitment, requests should be sent to mike.n.ching@gmail.com with enough detail to identify the request.
