This site (sching) is a personal job-hunt and portfolio system operated by Mike Ching (formal name S.A.N. Ching). It is not a job board for third parties and not a data product for resale.

Why it exists. To organise real applications (CV, cover letters, boards for Czech and Australia roles), run a broad “daily hunt” discovery layer, and demonstrate agentic work in production: structured data, tailored packets, PDF export, and workflows built with Cursor and human review, not a static PDF alone.

What you see. Resume and application content reflects Mike Ching’s actual career narrative and contact details published intentionally for employers. Hunt positioning notes are private strategy, shown only to support applications.
